Quinta La Estancia is located south of San José in the district of San Miguel de Desamparados. 1.5km south of the Desamparados Park is the CRUCE San Miguel �` San Rafael. Take the left road towards San Miguel for 2kms. After passing the bridge and going up the slope of the Rio Jorco, take a left towards Higuito for 1km, 100m after the Plaza de Futbol de Higuito there is a crossroads.

To see Lot 2 that is in the upper part of the fifth, the address is the following:
From the junction that is 100 meters after the Plaza de Higuito, continue by road towards Encinales for approximately 500 meters. Then take the right hand along Calle Nueva al Tablazo, traveling 1,350 meters until you reach a wooden gate. Through this gate you can access lot 2, in addition 80mts before there is a black gate always facing the national road through which it is accessed in addition to the previous one (it has two accesses), one of them in servitude and the main one facing the road .

Quinta La Estancia está ubicada al sur de San José en el distrito de San Miguel de Desamparados. 1.5km al sur del Parque de Desamparados se encuentra el CRUCE San Miguel �` San Rafael. Se toma carretera izquierda hacia San Miguel por 2kms. Al pasar el puente y subir la cuesta del Rio Jorco se toma a mano izquierda hacia Higuito por 1km, 100mts después de la Plaza de Futbol de Higuito hay un cruce.

Para ver el Lote 2 que está en la parte alta de la quinta, la dirección es la siguiente:
Del cruce que está 100mts después de la Plaza de Higuito, se continua por carretera hacia Encinales por aproximadamente 500mts. Luego se toma a mano derecha por la Calle Nueva al Tablazo recorriéndose 1.350mts hasta llegar a un portón de madera. Por este portón se accede al lote 2, además 80mts antes se encuentra un portón negro siempre frente a carretera nacional por donde se accede al mismo además de por el anterior (tiene dos accesos), uno de ellos en servidumbre y el principal frente a carretera.
